Lener Renauld, the Foreign Minister confirmed that Magalie Magloire, former Minister Counsellor, who occupied the function of Ambassador of Haiti to Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic by interim was appointed and approved as new Ambassador in neighboring Republic.

Recall that Magalie Jeanty Magloire served as Minister Counsellor at the Embassy of Haiti in Santo Domingo under the leadership of Ambassador Daniel Supplice and Fritz Cinéas. Sources in the Chancellery, indicate the Dominican authorities approve this appointment that will "strengthen relations" between the two nations.

Concerning the roadmap of the new diplomat, Chancellor Renauld said there will be no change in the foreign policy of Haiti, and that the new Ambassador will apply the roadmap entrusted to her. Magalie Jeanty Magloire, is expected to join the Dominican capital in the coming days.
