The Presidency Communication Office informs the population in general that according to the provisions of Presidential Decree of Wednesday, March 7, 2012, the National Haiti time, will back by 60 minutes Sunday, November 1st from 2:00 am and will return to Standard Time March 13, 2016.

The Office of Communications invites the population to adjust to these new provisions, in order not to have setbacks in its daily activities.
