Sell Haiti to Chinese tourists

Last week a team from the China Central Television (CCTV) was in Haiti to produce a documentary about the charms of our country and sell the destination to Chinese tourists, among others. The documentary was broadcast on CCTV, which enjoys a very wide audience both in China and worldwide.

Tuesday, the Figaro Magazine team in Haiti met with Maryse Noel, Director General of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC) and Sandra Tanis, the Director of the Hotel School of Haiti (EHH). The journalists also met with students of the morning shift of the EHH in order to have an idea of the training component in the tourism sector.
