Haiti - FLASH : An electoral observation organization excluded for fraud

The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) inform the public in general and those responsible for electoral observation organizations in particular, that the "Unité Nationale pour le Développement Appliqué", (UNADA), is removed from the list https://www.haitilibre.com/docs/elections2015/Liste_des_org_nat_acc_pr_elec_25oct.pdf of national organizations, entitled to observe the conduct of the poll, for fraud and selling accreditation cards.

Consequently, all the cards that have been issued on behalf of the organization for the elections of October 25, 2015, are invalid and can not give access to the CEP structures, particularly to voting centers.

The Council calls on police authorities to take note of this information. In this sense, administrative measures will be taken by the institution to prosecute, the National Coordinator of the UNADA, the named Alain Saint-Louis.
