Where to vote ?

The Provisional Electoral Council, informed parties, political groups in general and people in particular, that the call center has been put in service. It will operate daily, from September 25 to October 25, 2015 from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm

The Council strongly encourages everyone to call to 8828 for subscribers of NATCOM and 8830 for those of DIGICEL, by providing the operator with all digits of his CIN card to identify its oting center. The numbers 8829 (NATCOM) and 8831 (DIGICEL) are reserved for SMS. Moreover, the online tool "where to vote?" is also functional on the site : https://ouvoter.cephaiti.ht/consultation/rechercher.aspx

The mandates will be delivered on time

Pierre Louis Opont, the President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) announced that on October 10, 15 days before the elections, all the mandates for political parties will be available and delivered to responsible stating that "additional security measures have been added to the mandate."
