Margarette Lemaire, communications manager of the education program for all, to the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP), said yesterday that the inscriptions of the second promotion of training of teachers required to work in the first two cycles of basic education, opened on August 18 will continue until December 10.

She recalls that there are no training school for teachers to work in the first 2 cycles of basic education and that the education students receive is different from one school to another. It inter alia, to harmonize and strengthen the quality of teaching of these first 2 cycles, that this training of university level for a period of 3 years is free for a maximum of 2,000 candidates.

The first promotion will begin to be deployed on the ground as early as January 2011 and will participate in the integration of more than 500.000 students out of school.
