Haiti - Telecommunication : CONATEL emergency provisions
In order to assist the Haitian authorities to better coordinate emergency response and prevention for the population affected, the Direction General of CONATEL inform the public in general, especially those concerned, that it asked to all Telecommunications Service Providers to free available to the Ministry of Interior and Local Authorities, Ministry of Public Health and Population and the Ministry of Culture and Communication, all communication means necessary at their disposal, including voice messaging services or SMS, phone services, email, etc., in accordance with the provisions in their concession contract.
