Tuesday to 4 days of the opening of Caribbean Festival of Arts (Carifesta XII), the largest cultural event in the Caribbean, with the participation of 22 countries from 21 to 30 August 2015, the organizing committee has unveiled the official program of activities, or nearly 150 events and performances, to be held in Port-au-Prince, Carrefour, Les Cayes, Jacmel, Cap Haitien and Gonaives.

Friday before the festival opening ceremony on the Champ de Mars, there will be a parade that will depart from the gymnasium Vincent to lead the Kiosk Occide Jeanty, the artists Emeline Michel, James Germain, Erol Josué, Bethova Obas, Jerrie Longchamp, Carole Demesmin, the Dance School Lynn William Rouzier, the Ballet Bacoulou, Haiti Dansco, Ayiti Chœur de femme, Tabou Combo... will take part in the opening. A ceremony is planned at Kiosk Occide Jeanty, with the presence of President Michel Martelly, Prime Minister Evans Paul and several Heads of State and Government of the Caribbean.
