Police officers will work impartially during the campaign

This week, a meeting was held between the divisional commissioner of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) and legislative candidates of the region to discuss the security issue during the election campaign. Fight against electoral violence

Friday at Le Plaza Hotel the National Democratic Institute brought together leaders of popular organizations and civil society and government representatives around the theme "Dialogue between key sectors of the population to manage electoral conflicts" about the deteriorating security climate for the next elections. The objective of the meeting was to sensitize participants on the need to contribute to the fight against electoral violence, to facilitate the smooth conduct of upcoming elections.
