The Quebec writer of Haitian origin Dany Laferrière will offer within the framework of 9th Festival Haiti en Folie an unprecedented open-heart discussion about his life, his work, his career, his entry into the French Academy and more. He will propose in the framework of the festival a sale-signing of the book "Dany Laferrière à l'Académie française. Discours de réception, réponse d'Amin Maalouf" in collaboration with the Library and National Archives of Quebec.

23 July 19 h00 at the Grande Bibliothèque, located at 475 De Maisonneuve Boulevard, Montreal

General admission $ 25 in advance (including a copy of the book). Additional copies of the book will be available at a cost of $11.
