Assassination plot against members of the CEP

The electoral adviser Me Néhémy Joseph denounces a plot of the Collective of excluded candidates aimed to fail the electoral process and to assassinate him and other electoral advisers. He says that an amount of 5,000 US dollars have been paid to criminals to execute those assassinations... Explaining that the first step of the conspiracy aimed at destabilizing the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) and secondly physical assault electoral advisers and sow panic by shooting on the polling stations...
