Pierre Louis Opont, the President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) informed that following the various challenges produced against the Departmental Electoral Office (BED) and certain Communal Electoral Offices (BECs) of the North, an assessment mission led by the Treasurer, Dr. Ricardo Augustine made a close investigation to shed light on all these cases of dispute. After this mission the contested BED and BECs have been reconstituted either by new members (*) or by permutations of positions (**)
