Haiti - Health : Support Program for medical activities to Ennery
With the support of the European Union (ECHO), the Comité d’Aide Médicale (CAM) will soon open its new mission in Haiti, for a medical and nutritional project in Ennery (Northeastern Artibonite), where thousands of people have settled, fleeing Port au Prince after the devastating earthquake.
CAM’s program will aim at improving the access and quality of health care services in the region, with a special focus on maternal and child health and their nutrition.
The project is planned for an initial period of one year, renewable according to the needs expressed by the Haitian Ministry of Public Health and the ability of the Sanitarian division of the Artibonite to continue with the activities after this initial one year period.
