The Ministry of Education informs applicants who failed in Philo in particular that permanent Bac exams will be held from 15 to 18 December 2014.

Registrations will be received in all Departmental Directorates of Education (DDE) during the period from Monday 3 to Friday to November 14, 2014.

At the time of registration, the applicant must present :

- Two recent ID photos;

- A copy of the Tax ID Card (NIF) or National Identity Card (NIC), if the applicant is under 18 years of age;

- The original of the registration form to the last Philo exams, or the transcript of participation in Baccalaureate examinations Part 2, issued by the National Bureau of State Examinations (BUNEXE).

The registration fee is 750 gourdes per candidate.
