Haiti - Social : Fed up of customers of the Digicel

In an open letter to the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL), Florence Élie, the Citizen Protection notes that customers of the mobile phone companies in Haiti, particularly DIGICEL subscribers continue to complain about the poor quality of services offered by this company.
