Haiti - Justice : Police officers are not above the law
At his weekly press conference, the General Inspectorate of the National Police of Haiti (IGPNH), the institution in charge of strengthening the discipline and integrity of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) by the voice of Divisional Commissioner Marc Wilkens Jean took stock of actions of the IGPNH for the month of September.

He also indicated that during the month of September, 82 investigation files of 643 were treated whose 65 were sent to the General Management, 30 new investigations were opened.
