Haiti - Economy : Modernization of public transport in the South

Government efforts to boost the business environment and encourage domestic and foreign investment in Haiti is beginning to bear fruit. With the investments made in the south of the country under the direction of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC) to develop tourist sites, some entrepreneurs have realized the need to invest in order to participate in the development of the region.

"Transport Chic" :

"Transport Chic" that ensures with several bus the route Port-au-Prince / Cayes, is in the process of modernizing its fleet to offer a quality service to travelers and other visitors. A brand new bus, 41 seats, comfortable, equipped with the latest technological findings, has just been added to the fleet of the carrier, which aims to contribute to the progress and development of the country.

From Les Cayes: 5:30 am, 7:00 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, noon, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm

From Port-au-Prince: 7:00 am, 8:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm

Capital Coach Line :

Founded in 2003, Capital Coach Line, SA is the first Haitian bus company in the country. Capital Coach Line has quickly become a leader in its industry and a Haitian pride by serving as the first link, the road to Port-au-Prince / Santo Domingo, with daily departures.

Since the month of July 2013, Capital Coach Line serves the route Port-au-Prince / Aux Cayes 2 times a day with bus (50 passengers), all are equipped with toilet, TV, mini-bar, air conditioning and luggage rack and reclining seats with seatbelts.
