Haiti - Politic : Laurent Lamothe, before the Economy and Finance Commission of Deputies

Monday in the framework of the review of the draft Finance Bill 2014-2015, Laurent Lamothe as Minister of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE) at the invitation of the Standing Committee "Economy and Finance" of the Chamber of Deputies, presented the budget, actions and the various projects of development policy, including the communal funds, that conducts its ministry.

Laurent Lamothe defended the budget for his ministry before the Commission and gave the guarantee to deputies hat the budget allocated to communal funds, will not be reduced during the next fiscal year.

The Commission and the Assembly are exit mostly satisfied with the presentation and the question and answer session of the Minister Lamothe.

A satisfaction not shared by the deputies of the opposition, who criticize the conduct in private, away from the cameras and microphones of journalists unlike other hearings of ministers broadcasted live.
