Saturday welcomed at the airport of Jacmel by local authorities, the President of the French Senate, Jean-Pierre Bel and the Senator Bernard Piras (Drome), Chairman of the friendship group France-Caribbean, accompanied by the Ambassador of France in Haiti, Patrick Nicoloso and Vanessa Matignon, Ambassador of Haiti in France, spent the last day of their stay in Haiti to visit the city of Jacmel where are the remains of the Grand journalist of the French Revolution of 1789, Horace Camille Desmoulins, son.

Following the visit of the construction sites of the Town Hall and of municipal complex of Jacmel financed respectively by the Spanish Cooperation and the French Development Agency, the delegation visited the French Alliance, housed in a historic building where the history of the Historic Centre was told to them by ean Elie Gilles, historian, writer of Jacmel and former student of the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA), Section Administration Parliamentarian, of French Senate.
