Haiti - Culture : New painting exhibition at MUPANAH

The Office of Marie Carmelle Rose Anne Auguste, the Delegate Minister for Human Rights and the fight against extreme poverty invites the public to the new painting exhibition "Market of the love and life" which held each day from the Tuesday, December 24 through December 31 (closed Dec. 25), in the garden of the Musée du Panthéon National Haïtien (MUPANAH) from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

This exhibition will feature nearly 200 works of 25 painters. Several schools of painting from the Bas peu de chose, Caridad, Cité Soleil, Fort National, Fort mercredi, Martissant and from Savane Pistache will participate, to highlight the richness and potential of their neighborhoods.

These artists engaged with all the strength of their art in the fight against poverty, want to convince the public that love, brotherhood and life, can guide us towards the creation and wealth and teach us to live better and be happy together. The country can not rely on itself to get out of extreme poverty and the arts are a means to overcome the material and spiritual poverty.

The Office of the Minister Auguste "invites all those who refuse to give up face of adversity and poverty that afflict our country, to make the trip to come and show their solidarity with these artists and celebrate with them love and life."
